More Than a Car Wash

Your car is a big investment, and the Southwest Florida weather is hard on it. The strong sun, the salt air off the Gulf, and love bug season all wear down your paint over time. A regular wash only cleans the surface. Exterior detailing goes deeper to actually protect your car and keep it looking great for years.

We do it as a careful, multi step process at our Fort Myers shop or at your doorstep. First we hand wash every panel to lift off loose dirt and road grime. Then we decontaminate the paint with a clay bar and iron remover to pull out the bonded grime a normal wash leaves behind. We clean and dress your wheels and tires too, so the whole car looks sharp, not just the paint. Every step is done by hand with real attention to detail.

Proudly serving drivers across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs, we’re ready to protect your investment. Book your exterior detail today.

The Difference

Hand Wash vs Tunnel Wash

The fastest way to ruin your paint is the spinning brushes at a tunnel car wash. Those brushes drag yesterday’s grit, sand, and metal shavings across your clear coat, leaving the swirl marks you see every time the Florida sun hits your hood. We hand wash every car for one reason, to clean it thoroughly without putting a single new mark on it. Your paint stays safe, and your car actually stays cleaner longer.

Our Process

How We Detail Your Car's Exterior

Every exterior detail is done by hand by our trusted, experienced, trained detailers, who clean and protect your car step by step without cutting corners.
STEP 01

Wheels and Tires First

We start with the wheels, tires, and wheel wells, using a non acid cleaner to lift off brake dust and road grime before we touch the paint.
STEP 02

Foam Pre Soak

We cover the car in a thick foam that loosens and lifts dirt off the surface, so less grit gets dragged across your paint.

STEP 03

Two Bucket Hand Wash

We hand wash every panel using the two bucket method, which keeps dirt away from your paint and helps prevent new swirl marks.

STEP 04

Paint Decontamination

We use a clay bar and iron remover to pull out the bonded grime a normal wash leaves behind, like sap, tar, and iron fallout.

STEP 05

Dry and Protect

We hand dry the car with soft microfiber towels, then finish with a layer of sealant or wax for a deep shine and months of protection against the Florida sun, salt, and grime.

FAQ

Exterior Detailing FAQs

How much does exterior detailing cost?
The cost of an exterior detail depends on a few things, like your car’s size, its condition, and how much work it needs. A larger vehicle or one that hasn’t been cleaned in a while takes more time and care. Instead of a one size fits all price, we give you a clear, upfront quote before any work begins, so you know exactly what you’re paying for with no surprises.
Most exterior details take a few hours, though it depends on your car’s size and condition. We won’t rush it, since careful work is what keeps your paint safe. We’ll give you a clear estimate when you book.
For most drivers, every few months works well, around three to four times a year. With the Florida sun, salt air, and love bugs wearing on your paint, regular details keep your car protected and looking its best

A car wash cleans the surface. Exterior detailing decontaminates the paint (clay bar, iron remover, tar/sap removal), polishes out defects, and applies long-term protection. A $15 wash lasts a day. A real exterior detail lasts months.

It depends on the scratch. Exterior detailing cleans and protects your paint, and it can help with very light surface marks, but it won’t remove deeper scratches or swirl marks on its own. Those need paint correction, which is a separate service where we machine polish the paint to actually remove the flaws. If you’re not sure which one your car needs, we’ll take a look and give you an honest recommendation. Get your free quote today.
Yes, we do. Paint correction is one of our specialties. It’s a separate service from detailing where we carefully machine polish your paint to remove swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and water spots, bringing back a deep, mirror like shine. If your car needs more than a clean up, we’ll walk you through whether paint correction is the right fit

Yes, keeping your paint safe is exactly why we wash the way we do. We never use tunnel car washes or spinning brushes, which drag grit across your paint and cause swirl marks. Instead, we hand wash every car using the two bucket method and soft microfiber towels, so dirt is lifted away safely without adding new scratches. Your paint is in careful, trained hands from start to finish.

Yes, we detail all kinds of vehicles, from small cars to trucks, SUVs, and oversized vehicles. Our Fort Myers shop has plenty of room for any size ride, so nothing is too big to handle. Larger vehicles have more surface to clean and protect, so the time and price can vary, and we’ll always give you a clear quote up front. Get your free quote today.
